A new study ranked all 50 states from the best drivers to the worst drivers based on three factors: Percentage of people with insurance . . . DUI arrests per capita . . . and car deaths per capita.
And the state with the best drivers is . . . Massachusetts (ANYONE who’s ever driven in Boston will strongly disagree).
The rest of the top 10 states with the best drivers are: Utah . . . Nebraska . . . Vermont . . . Maine . . . New York . . . Connecticut . . . Ohio . . . Kansas . . . and New Hampshire.
The state with the worst drivers is . . . Mississippi.
