DAVE NAVARRO shared a moment of self-realization with a photo of himself doing something we ALL are guilty of doing . . . burying his head in his phone.
He had gone to the beach to, quote, “get away from it all”, but within 30 seconds of getting out of the car he was on his phone, and that’s when his friend snapped the picture.
Dave said, quote, “Look up, look around, you’re missing your own life again Dave.”
“Note to self: less time on the [Effin’] phone, man. There’s nothing going on in my phone that’s more magnificent than these surroundings . . . not self critiquing or self judging . . . just gaining awareness.”
He brings up a great point . . . we are so tied to our phones for social media or work while life is happening all around us. Don’t miss it!
