I guess we’re not QUITE ready yet as a society to have ourselves an edgy little Christmas.
Two different products were just pulled because they showed Christmas characters doing things, well, that people don’t really expect Christmas characters to be doing. Check ’em out . . .
Walmart Canada apologized after they let a third-party company sell a Christmas sweater on their website that showed a snowman dressed as Santa doing lines of cocaine with the tagline, “Let it snow.”
And Sycamore Brewing in Charlotte, North Carolina pulled its Christmas Cookie Winter Ale that showed 8-bit graphics versions of cartoon reindeer in different sexual positions on the can (click image above). They could also be facing a $1,000 fine from the state’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission for the cans. (Global News / Charlotte Agenda)
