He made Reno his home. He raised his kids here. He became Reno’s “Ambassador of the Morning Arts.” He dominated radio ratings with his goofball presentation for 3 decades. He told one million “Dick” jokes. He was buried alive, he was locked up in a giant fish tank, he slept in a dog kennel, he played drums for days on end, and he stuffed many buses. He did anything he could to help others and their causes. There will never be another like him. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family. In lieu of flowers, his kids (Matt, Kelsey and Casey) would appreciate it if you’d make a donation to the Nevada Humane Society.
